Sarpa are a breed and tribe of Argonian that live in the inner parts of Black Marsh, close to the Hist. Sarpa have some distinct differences in their appearance compared to the Argonians most commonly seen throughout Tamriel, as they are described as winged. They and several of the other Middle Argonia tribes are reputed to kill outsiders.
