The Naka-Desh (or Riverbacks) are a breed and tribe of Argonian native to Blackwood. Naka-Desh are morphologically unique from other Argonians, described as having “wide faces, large eyes, and broad webs adorning their forearms and throats”. Outsiders have perceived them as secretive and mysterious, but this was a misconception caused by the Naka-Desh seeing little benefit in traveling beyond the boundaries of their Hist’s roots. These Argonians are not known as curious, and don’t care for cultural exchange, with the exception of riddles. They are known to use osheeja gars to catch other fish. They were close friends to Kothringi and were known to appreciate their music skills.
