A character’s 1.3.8.0 Speed, equal to the sum of their Strength (Characteristic) bonus and twice their Agility (Characteristic) bonus, is a character’s movement ‘budget” for each Combat Rounds. Every meter that they move during a given round comes out of this total, and once a character has used all of their movement for the round they cannot voluntarily move any further.
