Eye of Nocturnal

The Eye of Nocturnal is an artifact sacred to Nocturnal, kept at her shrine in the Blackwood region of Cyrodiil. In 3E 433 it was stolen from her shrine, prompting Nocturnal to task the Champion of Cyrodiil with recovering it. The thieves - an Argonian couple - had hidden it in a flooded cave in Topal Bay. The Champion returned it to Nocturnal, who rewarded them with the Skeleton Key.
